PARKOUR-TRAINING WITH ALEX
We’ll be jumping, running, climbing, overcoming obstacles, and facing a few challenges. We’ll make use of whatever we find in the surroundings—and after this weekend, you might see the world through different eyes, or simply as one big playground. Be prepared to sweat, feel some muscle soreness, confront your fears, and—at times—simply enjoy the day while feeling completely exhausted. You’ll need a pair of sneakers and comfortable, durable clothing. (We won’t be doing any coached tricking!)
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS
Participants should bring trainers and robust, comfortable clothing.
ALEXANDER BUNDROCK
At one point, I studied musicology and German linguistics. That period gave me the time to explore movement and personal development in a variety of ways. I’m now firmly rooted in those fields. For ADD and parkour, I’ve travelled all over Europe to learn from various instructors. In yoga, I am certified with 500+ hours and have completed a range of further training courses. I have lectured at universities on both subjects on numerous occasions. In yoga, I have even taught on a yoga therapy training course. I am still in the process of exploring my own limits and possibilities. So you might find me above the rooftops of the city, in the martial arts studio, with heavy weights in my hands, barefoot in the snow, with a book by the water or playing volleyball on the sand, on the cliffs of Fontainebleau and on a gravel bike in the middle of nowhere. Always close to life. In motion, both inside and out.
