SOFT MORNING YOGA

YOGA SESSIONS WITH CHRISTIANE

Start your day relaxed with a gentle yoga practice outdoors. We flow mindfully through various asanas, connect our breath with the movement and mobilise and stretch the whole body to start the day awake and energised.

Suitable for all levels.

DATES

The dates and meeting point will be announced on site by notice board. A session lasts approx. 45 minutes.

BRING ALONG
We have some yoga mats on site. If you have the opportunity, you are welcome to bring your own mat and of course comfortable clothes in which you can do yoga well. No other equipment is required.
