EVENT-MANAGEMENT WITH EVA
There are very few things more exciting than organising your own event! Whether it’s a party or a concert, an exhibition or a performance: in this workshop, we’ll discuss and learn how to bring people together in one place without a hitch.
What do you need to bear in mind? What requirements need to be met? How do I best plan the schedule and allocate tasks?
Once we’ve gone through the basics of a successful event, we’ll put it all into practice straight away: our team will plan and run the presentation of all the workshops at the Brandenburg Youth Culture Days! This way, you can put everything you’ve learnt into practice on the spot, having lots of fun and being creative.

EVA RÖLEN
Eva is a booker, promoter, tour manager and musician, and has been a fixture in the music industry for over 23 years. Having started out as a guitarist and singer in a punk band, she has been performing on and behind international stages since her teenage years. In 2018, Eva founded her own agency, GRöli Music, and since 2026 she has been running the joint agency Chicha Music Agency with her partner. During the pandemic, Eva began sharing her knowledge through consultations and workshops for artists, bands and event organisers who want to set up their projects in a self-determined, professional and sustainable way.
